In 2017-18, Mark Fuller planned a two-year project of replacing all the windows in all the flats. The careful planning kept costs to a minimum and within budget - we had no increase or extra charges during this. Mark hosts yearly meetings to keep everyone up-to-date, ensuring all flat owners have a say.
